After AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal suggested that Manish Sisodia be awarded the Bharat Ratna, BJP national general secretary BL Santhosh mocked the Delhi Chief Minister. Mocking Arvind Kejriwal’s desire for Sisodia to be honoured with the highest civilian award, Santhosh said that the next demand may be the Nobel Prize for Arvind Kejriwal himself.
BL Santhosh described the AAP as anarchic on Twitter, writing, “Satyendra Jain receives the Padma Vibhushan, Manish Sisodia receives the Bharath Ratna, and himself receives the Noble Prize. Excellent anarchist party.”
‘ Padma Vibhushan ‘ for Satyendra Jain … Bharath Ratna for Manish Sisodia …. Next Noble Prize for himself ….. Great going anarchist party @AamAadmiParty— B L Santhosh (@blsanthosh) August 22, 2022
The post came after Arvind Kejriwal praised his education minister Sisodia and urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to recognise him for his education model in the national capital.
Earlier in the day, Arvind Kejriwal claimed that instead of recognising Sisodia’s achievements in the national capital’s education sector, the BJP-led Centre has been hounding him with CBI searches and claims related to the liquor policy fraud.
“Is the BJP embarrassed? The individual deserving of the Bharat Ratna. Manish Sisodia is the guy who should be in charge of the whole country’s education system. Instead of facing CBI searches, the PM could contact them and learn about the schooling approach. This raid has enraged the entire population. Will this be beneficial to the country?” Delhi Chief Minister shared the news on Twitter.

Furthermore, hinting that the CBI raids were useless, combined with the BJP’s ulterior purpose of destabilising the AAP-led regime in Delhi, CM Kejriwal underlined that the searches and allegations at Sisodia’s house occurred prior of the Gujarat elections.
Meanwhile, the BJP’s IT cell head Amit Malviya and national spokesman Shehzad Poonawalla accused Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia of attempting to deflect from the plunder by raising concerns about the liquor scandal. Poonawalla then posed a series of questions to them, labelling them as ‘unanswered.’
The blistering assault on AAP ministers came shortly after Sisodia claimed the BJP offered to drop all corruption allegations against him in exchange for ‘breaking’ the AAP.
