The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the final results for the UPSC Civil Services exam 2021 today on May 30. Candidates can check their respective results from the official website — upsc.gov.in. Union Public Service Commission has released the final results for UPSC CSE 2021 on May 30, 2022. The last or interview round was conducted between April 5 and May 26, 2022. UPSC CSE Mains result was released on March 17 and only those who cleared the same were called for an interview. As per the selection procedure, the interview round is the final round which makes the result released today is the final result.
A total number of 685 candidates have been recommended for appointment for Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, and Central Services, Group ‘A’, and Group ‘B’. Shruti Sharma bearing the roll number 0803237 has emerged as an India topper while Ankita Agarwal secured the second position. Gamini Singla has been adjudged the third topper. This year, all the four top slots have gone to women. The AIR 4 was secured by Aishwarya Verma. Karthik Panigrahi of Odisha has bagged AlR 63 while Biswa Bisruta Tripathy secured 232 spots, Samir Kumar Jena (273), and Soumyaranjan Pradhan (306).
“UPSC has a “Facilitation Counter” near Examination Hall on its campus. Candidates can obtain any information/clarification regarding their examinations/recruitments on the working days between 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours in person or over the telephone Nos. 23385271 /23381125 / 23098543,” the Commission said.
The marks of the successful candidates will be available on the website within 15 days from the date of declaration of result. Shruti is an alumnus of St Stephens College and Jawaharlal Nehru University and has been preparing for the UPSC Civil Services exam at Jamia Millia Islamia Residential Coaching Academy.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also congratulated the successful candidates. “Congratulations to all those who have cleared Civil Services (Main) Exam, 2021.
