Delhi BJP spokesperson Tejinder Bagga has been arrested by the Punjab Police. Mohali police had registered a case against Tejinder in the cyber cell. BJP leaders have expressed their displeasure over this matter. Bagga is accused of using objectionable words against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and trying to divide the society in the name of religion and caste. Delhi BJP spokesperson Naveen Kumar Jindal claimed that around 50 cops barged into Bagga’s Delhi home around 8.30 am and arrested him. The Punjab Police had reportedly informed the local Delhi Police Station before apprehending them.
Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balyan wrote in a tweet that Bagga has been arrested for allegedly threatening Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He tweeted that the Punjab Police has arrested Tajinder Bagga, a leader of the goons’ party BJP. He had threatened Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with “jeene nahi denge”.
Actually, the whole matter is related to KashmirFiles case. BJP leader Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga made objectionable remarks against Kejriwal. After this a case was registered against him and now the National Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) had said that not one but 100 FIRs should be lodged. If Kejriwal calls the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus false, then he will surely speak too.
He said that if Kejriwal laughs at the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, he will speak and open his eyes, no matter what the consequences may be for him. According to the information, on March 30, BJP protested outside Kejriwal’s house, which was led by Tejinder Singh Bagga. So there, BJP leader Kapil Mishra was also seen protesting. He targeted the CM of Delhi.
Tejinder Singh Bagga will be produced in Mohali district court today at 1 pm by Punjab Police. Now politics has also intensified on this matter. BJP leaders have surrounded the Bhagwant Mann government of Punjab. Tejinder Bagga’s father has made serious allegations against the police. He told that first two policemen came, then suddenly 10-15 policemen of Punjab Police came, they punched him and took Bagga with them. He told that Delhi Police did not intervened.
It has come to the fore against Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga in 153-A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, caste, place etc.), 505 (publishing or disseminating statements, rumors or reports) and 506 (criminal intimidation). A case has been registered under these sections . After which he has been arrested.

Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga is the national secretary of Bhartiya Janta Party Yuva Morcha(BJYM), and is arrested after AAP activist Sunny Singh registered a complaint against him stating that he made provocative statements, propagated rumours and attempted to promote religious and communal hostility. Bagga has also been allegated for threatening Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in a rally which took place on March 30th. Bagga has been a fierce critic of the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi, and had recently filed a case against Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann in April for ‘entering a Gurudwara’ in an ‘inebriated condition’.
