After the non-bailable warrant was issued by the court, the sword of arrest was hanging on Dr. Tazeen Fatima, mother of SP MLA, SP leader, and MLA Azam Khan. Which is now ruined! Actually, Abdullah Azam and his mother Tazeen Fatima were ordered to appear in court on every date on a personal bond has been exempted from appearance. The court on Thursday withdrew conditionally the non-bailable warrants issued against MLA Abdullah Azam and his mother and former MLA Dr. Tazeen Fatma for not appearing on the date in court in the two birth certificates case of Abdullah Azam.
Meanwhile, the court has ordered Abdullah Azam to appear in the court on every date along with a personal bond of one lakh rupees each. In fact, Dr. Tanzeen Fatima, wife of senior Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan and MLA son Abdullah Azam Khan appeared in the MP MLA court of Rampur. Whereas, in the case of two different birth certificates of Abdullah Azam Khan, the next date in the court was fixed for May 16. On May 11, he did not appear on the date and had applied for an apology from the court through his advocate. But the court not rejected their application but directly issued non-bailable warrants against both of them.
Ever since the non-bailable warrant was issued, the sword of arrest was hanging on both of them and if the police had arrested them, then they could have to go through a long process for bail again. To avoid this, the very next day i.e. today Abdullah Azam Khan and his mother Dr. Tanzeen Fatima appeared in the MP MLA Court of Rampur. His advocate told the compulsion of not appearing in the court on the previous day and would have argued for appearing on the last date due to health reasons when the non-bailable warrant was sought to be withdrawn. The court ordered the withdrawal of their non-bailable warrants on a personal bond of one lakh, after which both came out of the court and went home. While avoiding the media, he refrained from speaking about anything.
