The Pakistani army has decreed that Imran Khan should give up power. Imran is now busy persuading the community. PTI’s mega rally was held in Islamabad on Sunday night. But before the rally, news came that, another aide of the Pakistani Prime Minister broke ties with Imran Khan. There were discussions of presenting a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan in the country’s Parliament from the opposition parties of Pakistan. It is expected that when the National Assembly meets again, it will be considered. At present, Imran Khan arrived in the capital of Islamabad on Sunday evening to address a public meeting. But, in the meantime, the news of leaving the post of an MP from his party also came to light, which he has called a rumor.
However, the news is that Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) chief Shahzain Bugti has announced his separation from the government and said that he will vote in favor of the no-confidence motion against the PM of the country. In fact, on March 8, the opposition had moved a no-confidence motion against the Imran Khan-led government. Many MLAs of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), which is Imran Khan’s own party, have come out openly against him. Due to this, just before the no-confidence motion, Imran Khan has also lost another ally.
Bugti was a special assistant to Imran Khan on reconciliation and harmony in Balochistan. Now it has reportedly come to light that he held a meeting with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) President Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari. After which Bugti resigned. After which Imran Khan’s party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) may soon have to face a no-confidence motion in the National Assembly. At the same time, Imran Khan has alleged that the opposition is horse-trading MPs. He has even called the opposition dacoits.
It is clear that as the no-confidence motion draws closer, at least 50 ministers have gone “missing”. If we talk about those magical figures which can prove to be lifesaving for the politics of Pakistan, then it is the majority figure because Imran Khan needs the support of 172 members to win the no-confidence motion. The government was formed under the leadership of PTI with the support of 179 members, but out of this, about 55 MPs are reported to be rebels, although Imran Khan’s PTI has 155 members. There are 342 members in the Pakistani National Assembly. But behind all this, if the rebel MPs continue to oppose Imran, the Imran government is sure to fall.
