An accident has happened on the ropeway in Deoghar, Jharkhand, in which two people have died. So far 23 people have been rescued. Still, around 30 people are trapped. The Indian Air Force (IAF) is trying to rescue these people trapped in the air. The rescue operation is going on continuously. The people of Bihar and Jharkhand are trapped in this. So far two women have died in the ropeway accident in Deoghar, Jharkhand, while 23 people have been saved through rescue. Still, around 30 people are trapped. Indian Army personnel are engaged through helicopters to rescue all the people trapped in the Trikut ropeway accident.
According to the Indian Air Force, two Mi-17 helicopters are involved in the rescue operation in Jharkhand’s Deoghar district, where several people got stuck in a ropeway trolley due to the accident. The rescue operation is still on. It is worth noting that the soldiers are trying to reach the ropeway trolley with the help of a rope hanging from a helicopter. The helicopter is facing trouble due to the ropeway wire. The Indian Air Force team is continuously engaged in the rescue operation.
At present, about 30 people are trapped in different trollies at an altitude of about 2000 feet. This accident took place on Sunday evening. Since then these people are stuck continuously. Biscuit and water packets have been delivered to these people through an empty trolley. Let us tell you that at around 6 pm on Sunday Multi-agency people, this accident happened due to a break of a ropeway wire on Trikoot mountain of Deoghar. The woman who died in this accident has been identified as Sumati Devi, 40, a resident of Sura village.
