It is being told that the Crime Branch team of Delhi Police, which went to interrogate a woman in the Jahangirpuri violence case, has been pelted with stones, in which a policeman is injured. However, one stone pelter has been taken into custody.

It is being told that the police had gone to take a woman for questioning in connection with Saturday’s clash. That’s when about 50 women from the area started protesting and stone-pelting in Delhi’s Jahangirpuri on Monday. It is being told that the woman who has been detained by the police is the wife of accused Sonu, who had allegedly opened fire during the clash on Saturday.
