Varanasi Court’s decision on the Gyanvapi case has come. The Varanasi court gave its verdict, rejecting the demand of the Muslim side. Clearly said that survey commissioner Ajay Mishra will not be removed. However, the appointment of 2 Assistant Advocate Commissioners Vishal Kumar Singh and Ajay Singh has been added to him. Who will be his assistant and will accompany him in the survey. The Varanasi court has sought a survey report in this regard by May 17. But the local people have their own opinion on this decision.
Those people who come to visit this courtyard every day were discussing this early in the morning, what do the people of Banaras think. Let’s know. These people said that the decision of the court is correct, and action should be taken against those who will become a hindrance in the survey. People said that the reality should come in front of the public. The survey must tell the truth. People say that after this decision, our faith and trust in the court have increased. People said that we have full faith in the court. Some people are saying that the verdict is right, there should be a survey, while some people say that whatever is true will remain true. No matter what anyone says.
People said that there should be a decision on whether there was a temple or a mosque here. The youths also said that they want the survey to be done, whatever is found right or wrong, it should be decided in a legal way. So that no one gets hurt. Here, after the Wednesday’s hearing, the lawyers of the Hindu side, while talking to the media, said that the Muslim community should tell themselves, how will they accept what is wrong and what is right? He said that if the evidence of the mosque comes, then we will retreat, and if the temple is done then you will retreat. When it is not decided whether it is a temple or a mosque, how will the ‘Passage of Worship Act be implemented here?
Here is the whole incident:
Actually, Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, appointed on the order of the court, started surveying the Gyanvapi campus from May 6 on both Hindu and Muslim sides. On this day only videography of the idol and walls of Shringar Gauri was done. But before that, the situation had become tensed. On that day a surprisingly large number of Muslims came to the mosque for prayers. But as soon as the survey team was entering inside, the ruckus and sloganeering started.
After the situation of great confusion, the survey team went inside but the survey could not be completed. The Muslim side had alleged that the Advocates were surveying like a Commissioner’s troop. Therefore, the matter reached the court and now the court has said that whether the locks have to be opened or broken, the survey will be done.
