The public of Delhi is facing a double dose of inflation and after the cost of PNG goes up by Rs 4.5, the price of CNG has also increased today. CNG has become costlier by Rs 2.5 in Delhi from today. After this, CNG has come at the rate of Rs 71.61 per kg in Delhi. Apart from Delhi, NCR has also been affected by the increased prices and it has been affecting Noida as well. From today, the price of CNG in Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad has gone up to Rs 74.17 per kg. On the contrary, the rates of CNG in Gurgaon have come down to Rs 79.94 per kg. Indraprastha Gas Limited ie IGL mainly supplies CNG in Delhi and it has released a list of new increased prices on its website. Apart from Delhi, CNG supplied by IGL has become expensive in many states/cities of the country. Last week also, the price of CNG had increased by Rs 2.5 per kg. In two weeks so far, a total increase of Rs 11.60 per kg has been seen in the price of CNG.
As the fuel prices are increasing on a daily basis, the public is facing a lot of trouble and almost daily there are reports of increasing fuel prices. Today, before the increase in the price of CNG in Delhi, an increase of Rs 4.5 SCM has been seen in the price of PNG. On the other hand, CNG became costlier by Rs 5 per kg in Mumbai, Maharashtra yesterday and an increase of Rs 4.5 per cubic meter was seen in the price of PNG.
