CM Yogi has been identified as ‘Bulldozer Baba’ in the election of 2022, so now the administration of UP is also seen in ‘bulldozer mode’. Which has another hallmark. Action is being taken on the illegal property of former MLA Brijesh Prajapati from Banda’s Tindwari.
Banda Development Authority is tightening the noose on former MLA Brijesh Prajapati from Tindwari. This is the same Brijesh Prajapati, who left BJP along with Swami Prasad Maurya and joined Samajwadi Party just before the election and whom Samajwadi Party has made its candidate from Tindwari. However, Brijesh lost. But now he is badly trapped and it may be costly for him to go against BJP.
In fact, in the notice issued by the Banda Development Authority, details of illegal constructions in his four-story house and office have been sought. For which he has been asked to appear on 7 April. It has been said in this notice that if Prajapati fails to give details by April 7, then these buildings will be demolished. According to the information, the Banda Development Authority has served notice to Brijesh Prajapati, who was BJP MLA from Tindwari (now in SP), for getting illegal construction done without passing the map.
