The increased difficulties of SP leader Azam Khan are not subsiding. Now another case has been registered against Azam Khan. Due to this, the bail of SP leader Azam Khan, who is lodged in Sitapur Jail, is facing a lot of hurdles. The action has been registered on the complaint of BJP leader Akash Saksena. There are allegations against Azam Khan that he got the certificate of the building of Rampur Public School forged and got recognition.
In fact, the re-accusation of Azam Khan after the Supreme Court’s remarks and the High Court’s bail order is creating a big hindrance to his bail. Now another fraud case has been filed against him. Rampur Police has made Azam Khan an accused in this case.
It is being told that in the year 2020, the police have re-investigated the case of case number 70/20 section 420 IPC registered in Kotwali Rampur, in which Azam Khan has been made an accused. Today the warrants of this case were served on Azam Khan in jail through video conferencing from Rampur’s Special MP/MLA Court.
Now the matter will be heard in the court on May 19. In such a situation, the possibility of Azam Khan coming out of jail soon seems to be over. Due to this difficulties have increased for Azam Khan and his family. It is believed that in the midst of the prospects of bail, the remaining hope of the bail of Azam Khan, who was made accused, is now over.
